Talent Business Industry Report 2026
How does your agency compare on AI and technology?
The first Belgian study of how recruitment and staffing agencies actually use AI and technology. Not what they say they do — what they do.
These numbers do not exist today. Everyone has a gut feeling; nobody has data.
Seven minutes · Dutch, French or English
This survey is for
Owners, CEOs, managing directors, COOs, CFOs and CIOs of recruitment and staffing agencies — temp, permanent, executive search, contracting and project sourcing.
Not for
Corporate HR teams, in-house talent acquisition, or other players in the ecosystem. Keeping the sample clean is what makes the benchmark worth reading.
What the study measures
Four areas, plus strategy and the barriers holding agencies back.
AI in practice
Where AI is actually used — sourcing, screening, sales, marketing, admin — and how deep it goes, from occasional chat tools to embedded automation and autonomous systems. Plus where the capability comes from, and where agencies stand on the EU AI Act.
Technology
Core systems and integration, whether there is a central data platform, data quality across candidates, clients, contacts and placements, and the digital services offered to both sides of the market.
Investment
What share of revenue goes to technology, how that budget is moving, and where agencies plan to invest over the next twelve to eighteen months.
Sentiment
How leaders experience the pace of change, whether they are worried or optimistic, what AI means for the business model, and how ready their teams and leadership actually are.
What you get back
Seven minutes in, a full market study out. You get the complete report as soon as the results are revealed, and an invitation to the live reveal and panel at the Talent Business Forum in Brussels on 19 November.
Everything is reported in aggregate, never per agency, and no agency is named. There is no sales call afterwards — your email is used for two things only: sending you the report and inviting you to the Forum.
Backed by the industry
The study is published, analysed and distributed by the organisations that work with Belgian agencies every day.
